Rosie had anxiety and depression which effected her life in many ways. Such as a lot of the time she wasn’t able to leave the house and would prefer to be at home watching TV all day as sometimes leaving the house would cause panic attacks and make her feel sick .
When her anxiety was really bad she would see and hear things that were not there and her family would be kept up all night because of this. Part of this was caused by lack of sleep and not eating proper meals. This effected Rosie’s mum and dad’s life as they would quite regularly need to take time off work for school runs for Rosie’s son Charlie and also to stay at home to look after Rosie.
It was hard planning days out, holidays or even trips to the shops as the family never knew if Rosie was going to be unwell.
When Rosie went into hospital it was the month from hell, phone calls to the hospital everyday waiting for good or bad news it was really hard.
Rosie was only 30 years old when she died on 26th July 2020.
By setting up this website Rosie’s family hope it can be something positive that they can get involved in by raising money for the charity for anxiety and depression and also this can be something for Rosie’s son Charlie (who was only 5 years old when Rosie died) to see how much his mummy was loved.
